I am having an on going problem with Scan Digital.They owe me $175.00.
I had 3 groupon orders and due to a system hiccup I ended up using same groupon code twice. So they charged my credit card full cost. They said I would get credit back in 4-5 weeks after processing. That was about 8 weeks ago now.
Still waiting... The quality of converting my slides to digital was well done. But trying to get money back is like pulling teeth.
I don't think I will give them any more of my business.Next I try the CEO for help.
